Located in the heart of Wallingford on a steep site, this new home is grounded by a circulation tower that connects all three floors with steel and fir floating stair runs. Spaces are light-filled, taking advantage of southerly and westerly exposure. Structural elements were left exposed to express the different volumes within the home; other finishes include polished concrete floors with in floor radiant heat, custom steel work and fir detailing throughout, and walnut cabinetry.
