2107: Remodel | An extensive remodel and addition to this 1950s home opens up a dialogue between old and new. Layered spaces and volumes contrast and connect, manipulating walls and openings to visually tie disparate elements spatially and materially. The two halves of the home work together to hold a shared outdoor space that looks out to Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains beyond.
